Accessible entrances are open for all public events.
- William Street (Ramp)
- Sydenham Street Parking Lot (no steps)
Performance Hall
- Lower floor includes 6 wheelchair accessible seating locations
- Companion seating will be provided with cushioned chairs (please inform usher on arrival)
- Balcony Seating does require steps
Walk up tickets
- Walk up tickets can generally be purchased from our concession sales locations in main lobby.
Accessible washrooms are located on first and second floors.
All halls and meeting rooms are wheelchair accessible.
All pew seating is cushioned. Additional cushions can be provided on request.
Elevator onsite for second floor access.
Accessible Parking
- Three designated parking spots at William St. entrance
- Three designated parking spots at Sydenham St entrance
- Spots cannot be reserved
