✨Lavish, soothing, & imaginative music to bring your dreams to life:  Dreamweaver by Ola Gjeilo, The Dreams that Remain by Thomas La Voy, & music by Morten Laurisden & Eric Whitacre.

Into the Dreaming is a concert about the quiet journey from waking to sleep. Beginning with gentle night music, a lullaby inspired by Goodnight Moon and a song celebrating the beauty of nighttime. From there, the music grows more mysterious, capturing the strange moment when sleep takes hold and the subconscious beings to wander.

Two larger works explore the world of dreams: The Dreams That Remain, inspired by the poetry of Sarojini Naidu, and Dreamweaver, based on a medieval Norwegian folk poem about a man who dreams of the afterlife and returns to tell what he saw.

The evening closes with Dark and Luminous Night of the Soul – a lush, breathtaking piece that reflects the journeys we take once we drift into sleep.
